Biryani: A Gift from God

Sometimes God's gifts are so hidden that we go through most of our everyday lives without ever noticing them. They come in different shapes and sizes, and while we may not always be expecting them, these gifts are everywhere. Imagine the excitement that God feels the moment we finally uncover them!

That being said, I want to make the claim that not all biryanis are created equally. There is something special about a biryani made with skill, creativity, devotion, and love. Shout-out to my mom for crafting one of these delicate biryanis. With each successive bite, I was reminded again that one of God's gifts to us is food. It is incredible to think that the same God that created the universe is the same God that graced our world with biryani. Sometimes we must stop and recognize that the things we take for granted are in fact the gifts of a Creator who wants us to cheerfully receive His gifts and pour them out to the world that He loves.
